Guide to Customize your default Header on UCoz!

Took me a little while to figure it out, but I GOT it, this is for templates that

come with a scrolling Header (AKA Promo), the scrolling menu that is in

this video, can be found on UCoz (#1211 AKA Minecraft Template)
